We want to reassure you that we are monitoring both human and animal health alerts related to the coronavirus pandemic. At Family Pet Hospital the health, safety and well-being of our patients, staff and community is our number one priority.

PLEASE CALL US BEFORE ENTERING THE HOSPITAL

Per state order, please call us at 303-485-1285 when arriving for your appointment or collection of goods prior to entering the hospital. A Client Care Professional will give you further personalized instruction at that point. If you are comfortable remaining in your vehicle for your appointment and/or other services, we ask you please do so. If you are instructed to enter the building, a few health screening questions will need to be answered. For curbside or in-person appointments, we ask that you please practice social distancing and wear a face covering whenever interacting with our staff.

If you are feeling ill and your pet requires immediate care, please contact us by phone to discuss the medical needs of your pet and we can formulate a plan together.

If you are feeling ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have wellness care scheduled for your pet, stay home to minimize contact with other people until you are well. Wait to schedule routine wellness visit appointments until your physicians and/or public health officials believe you no longer present a risk of transmitting infection to others. If you have an appointment already scheduled, we kindly ask that you call us at 303-485-1285 to reschedule.

For those of high-risk to COVID-19, please call us to discuss further options such as curbside care or telemedicine appointments that ensure your pet receives the care they need while reducing your risk of exposure.
